This 294,781-square-foot parking lot project highlights our ability to deliver durable, high-performance concrete under a compressed schedule. Completed in one month across 13 coordinated pours, the project balanced efficiency, quality, and precision. Using a 4,500-psi concrete mix with macro fiber reinforcement and 20% recycled slag, pavement thickness was tailored to site demands, with heavier sections in high-traffic areas. 3D GPS grading and laser screeding ensured accurate elevations and seamless drainage integration.
