We are seeking a Project Lead / Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on concrete projects. This role is responsible for field leadership, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple crews and project phases simultaneously.

- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for assigned projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications
- Supervise and support field foremen and crew members to achieve project goals
- Review and understand plans, specifications, and layout requirements
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and clients to ensure seamless communication and job execution
- Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and material needs daily and weekly
- Monitor job progress and provide accurate reporting to the Project Team
- Conduct and document safety meetings, inspections, and compliance checks
- Troubleshoot issues on site and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and enforce company standards
- Represent Absolute Concrete professionally in all client and subcontractor interactions

- 7+ years of concrete construction experience, including at least 3 years in a superintendent or leadership role
- Strong understanding of concrete flatwork, foundations, and structural concrete systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Proficiency with mobile project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 lbs
