We are seeking a Project Lead / Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on concrete projects. This role is responsible for field leadership, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple crews and project phases simultaneously.

- Responsible for developing and supervising project plans
- Understands project information and is able to identify obstacles and opportunities throughout the process
- Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes
- Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output
- Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in and sign out sheets
- Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met
- Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties
- Additional duties may be assigned

- Proven experience required
- 3 - 5 years of experience in concrete project execution or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects
- Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel
- Valid driver's license is required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering strongly preferred
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
